Black Bean Mango Salsa Recipe!


1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 cup seeded and chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


1 Combine all of the above ingredients and chill in fridge for 1 hour.
2 Best if served the same day.
