Pico De Gallo Recipe!

 
Ingredients:

1 lb tomato, ripe, chopped
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed, chopped (or 1/2 to 3 peppers!)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1 Combine all ingredients in medium bowl with a cover.
 
2 Serve immediately, using to season a meal or with tortilla chips, OR cover & refrigerate up to 3 days.
