Pecorino and Date Flatbreads Recipe!

1 box flatbread crackers
1 dozen pitted dates
1 wedge Pecorino Romano cheese


  • 1 Gently break each flatbread into bite-size pieces.
  • 2 Slice the cheese into wafer-thin, translucent pieces.
  • 3 Cut the dates lengthwise, 4 slices per date.
  • 4 Assemble the flatbreads with a piece of Pecorino and a slice of date on each bite. Serve immediately or refrigerate, loosely covered, overnight, and bring to room temperature before eating.
