Buena Vista Street History: Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Café quick-service diner, Carthay Circle

Origins of name: The café is named after Fiddler Pig, Fifer Pig and Practical Pig – collectively, the Three Little Pigs as depicted in Disney's 1933 short film, which was produced as part of the Silly Symphony cartoon series. The award-winning song "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?" was composed for the Disney version of this classic fable.
Fictional back story: A trio of performing sisters known as the Silver Lake Singers opened the Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Café. Each of them plays a musical instrument, in the same way each of the Three Little Pigs played an instrument in the Disney animated short. The sisters' coffee shop is decorated with posters from the places they've performed, including the ballroom of the Hollywood Tower Hotel (home to Disney California Adventure's Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride).
Street address: No address number
What it really serves: Soups, salads, sandwiches, beverages, Starbucks coffee
