Take a look at the Disney Character Statues around The Partners Statue at Disneyland

Taking some photos of each of the statues around The Partners Statue in the hub of Disneyland.

Pinocchio and Jiminy look perfect with The Matterhorn behind them.

Dumbo and Timothy look like they want to fly into Tomorrowland.

Minnie has dreams of the being a princess one day, especially with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the background.

Donald Duck looks like he has an egg or a white sphere in his hand like he is ready to perform magic in front of the castle.

Chip and Dale came down from their tree to greet the folks.

The White Rabbit is late as he heads out of Frontierland for a very important date.

Goofy looks as if he is lost or thinking deep thoughts.

Pluto looks as happy as ever and a perfect way to end this photo tour of the statues around The Partners Statue in Disneyland.

It's Almost May The 4th! What Star Wars Toys and Items Can You Find at Disneyland?

Hey fellow Star Wars fans! Whether you are shopping for gifts for yourself or for your Star Wars friends you should head to the Star Trader in Tomorrowland at Disneyland for the greatest selection of Star Wars items in the Galaxy!

What good or bad Jedi would be complete without their trusty lightsaber, an elegant weapon.

They also have a large selection of The Black Series figures!
I am a big fan of the Lego Star Wars collection!

Not that you need this wampa hat on a 98 degree day here in Southern California.

Cross-over time ehre with Disney characters as Star Wars characters! Plus, they have the massive Starspeeder 1000 vehicle!

There are books for your Star Wars fan as well! From cookbooks, to visual guides and more!

And if you can't figure out what to get, build your own lightsaber!

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 1964 New York World's Fair in Disneyland! Part Four - "it's a small world"

The most famous of all the four shows that Disney created for the 1964 New York World's Fair was of course "it's a small world."

This show was created for the UNICEF Pavilion sponsored by Pepsi.

It was only fitting to bring my 1964 New York World's Fair Guide Book and Souvenir Map to visit the attraction.

Here is the ad for "it's a small world" from my 1964 New York World's Fair Guide Book.

The Disney Legends that signed this book are as follows, starting at the top:

Robert Henry (Bob) Gurr - designer who worked on all four Disney produced World's Fair shows including working on the ride systems for both Small World and Ford's Magic Skyway as well as the internal mechanisms for the Lincoln figure

Richard Sherman - songwriter who along with his brother Robert wrote the iconic song "it's a small world" but also my personal favorite, "It's A Great Big, Beautiful Tomorrow" for the Carousel of Progress which was part of Progressland

Rolly Crump - best known for creating the stunning Tower of The Four Winds in front of the "it's a small world" at the World's Fair but was the designer for Ford's Magic Skyway and also the art director for it's a small world

Alice Davis - costume designer who created all the costumes for the figures for "it's a small world."

Blaine Gibson - sculpted all four shows including his most famous creation, Abraham Lincoln for the Illinois Pavilion.

Marty Sklar - writer of concepts, narrations and publications for the Ford, G.E. and Small World shows
