Filmmakers, voice talent and special guests celebrated Disney and Pixar’s “Luca” at Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre tonight. BURBANK, Calif. (May 18, 2021) – Footage and photos direct from the red carpet of tonight’s World Premiere of Disney’s all-new live-action feature film “Cruella,”  are available now. Stars Emma Stone and Kirby Howell-Baptiste and director Craig Gillespie were among the “Cruella” talent attending the screening at Hollywood’s El Capitan Theater. Academy Award® winner Emma Stone (“La La Land”) stars in Disney’s “Cruella,” an all-new live-action feature film about the rebellious early days of one of cinemas most notorious – and notoriously fashionable – villains, the legendary Cruella de Vil. “Cruella,” which is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, follows a young grifter named Estella, a clever and creative girl determined to make a name for herself with her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves who appreciate her appetite for mischief, and together they are able to build a life for themselves on the London streets. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion catches the eye of the Baroness von Hellman, a fashion legend who is devastatingly chic and terrifyingly haute, played by two-time Oscar® winner Emma Thompson (“Howards End,” “Sense and Sensibility”). DISNEY’S “MULAN” WORLD PREMIERE PHOTOS

In Hollywood, stars Yifei Liu, Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Jason Scott Lee, Tzi Ma, Yoson An and Ron Yuan were joined by director Niki Caro and producers Chris Bender, Jake Weiner and Jason T. Reed for a walk down the red carpet where they greeted enthusiastic fans at the world premiere of Disney’s “Mulan.” Music superstar Christina Aguilera, who recorded a new version of the hit song “Reflection” for the film, was also in attendance and graced the red carpet to the delight of the crowd.

     

“Mulan” opens in U.S. theaters on Friday, March 27.
