Snacking In The Parks: Lobster Galley Chips from Harbour Galley

Take a look at the Lobster Galley Chips from Harbour Galley across from the exit of The Haunted Mansion! House-fried potato chips with a generous amount of lobster, cheddar cheese sauce, spicy-lime mayo and chives make this a great snack for yourself or to share! This is yet another "Fantasmic!"-inspired snack! These were delicious and cannot wait to get them again!

Snacking In The Parks: S'mores Churro

Another "Fantasmic!"-inspired snack is this delicious s'mores churro! You can only get it at the churro cart near the Hungry Bear in Critter Country. It is a delicious graham cracker churro with a chocolate and marshmallow dipping sauce! This is a winner and something I cannot wait to get again!

Snacking In The Parks: Teddi Beara Lavender Sparkler

One of the new treats for the new "Fantasmic!" at Disneyland is this delicious Teddi Beara Lavender Sparkler drink available at the Hungry Bear Restaurant! This sparkling drink is a delicious blend of lavender, elderflower and lemon reminds me of lychee! It is cool and refreshing!

Snacking In The Parks: Sour Watermelon Churro

Only available at the churro cart across from The Haunted Mansion, is the sour watermelon churro! This is one of several new treats inspired by the new "Fantasmic!" so there is no way of knowing how long this treat will be here for!

This churro is only slightly sour and has a subtle watermelon flavor! A fun treat only at Disneyland!

Fantasmic! in Miniature Highlights

Source: http://fantasmicinminiature.blogspot.com/

A very ambitious project! I would love to see more shows in miniature!

Notes from the Fantasmic in miniature blog:
A few months ago I started this ambitious project called Fantasmic! in miniature. It is exactly a replica of the Disneyland’s show but in a miniature scale. By replica is understand that it will include all characters, real water, fire and colorful dancing fountains as well as a real scaled fire breathing dragon and mini pyro explosives. I have a blog I have been writing since March this year and have lots of updates, images and videos you may find interesting to know about. My goal is to present it this summer to my family and friends for all to enjoy. Also I would like to know what do all of you think about it as well as some constructive criticism or comments of any kind. Thanks and hope to see you in your journey beyond your wildest imagination!

Notes from the youtube video:
This is a short 5 minute video with the highlights of the Fantasmic! in miniature project. I hope you enjoy and comment on it. Interesting note: The day we presented the show, the weather wasn't very good. Some wind gusts of 30mph gave us a hard time with pyro and the water screen. Even with those issues, guests and family loved the show! We had lots of fun. I thank all of you who have supported and helped me along this journey.
