Star Wars Weekends are in full effect at The Disney Hollywood Studios in Florida and along with celebrity appearances, parades, firework shows and food items, there is a ton of merchandise! Maybe one day they can host this in California as well!
One of the coolest items they released was a Star Wars/Cars mash-up of vehicles! Well, they just released series two and here they are in photographic glory!
First up is Red as Chewbacca!
Chick Hicks is the perfect choice to be Boba Fett!
Mater and Doc Hudson battle it out as Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi!
Luigi is C3PO with two of the pitties as Jawas!
The ever calm and cool Ramon is Han Solo!
Here are the three that I purchased and had to take their photo in Cars Land!
So far these vehicles are only available at the parks! You can find them in pretty much any store but I had to buy them at Sarge's Surplus Hut in Cars Land! It only seemed fitting!

Cars Movie Vignettes in Cars Land!
I went to Cars Land the other day and stepped inside Sarge's Surplus Hut and got a very pleasant surprise!
They have several awesome scenes from the Cars movies! Check out the great opening sequence to the first Cars movie!
Lots of great detail! And a fun way to show off all the cars they have in stock as well as a few that are no longer in stock.
Here are two of my favorites! The fan girls, Mia and Tia!
The Wheel Well Motel has never been busier!
Guido is busy making drinks for his friends!
I love this recreation of the small town of Carsoli, home of Luigi's Uncle Topolino.
The band plays on in the background!
I love the fountain!
One of my favorite scenes is the drifting scene after they cross the Rainbow Bridge in Tokyo!
Drifting!
Such a great addition to the Sarge's Surplus Hut! I hope they stay or get changed out for new scenes! Lots of great attention to detail and a clever way to display the vehicles! So, stop by Cars Land and check out these awesome vignettes!

Has There Ever Been A More Adorable Prince Phillip?
My talented friend Janette is back with another amazing costume for her son! This time she has made this awesome Prince Phillip costume just in time for Maleficent! Here the Prince defends Sleeping Beauty Castle!
The castle is safe as long as Prince Phillip is here!
Moments before the Prince took on Maleficent!
Battle gear in tow, the Prince is ready to see Maleficent for himself!
The Prince celebrates the victory by climbing the walls to cheer along with the townspeople!
Hope you enjoyed another amazing costume by Janette!

Restaurant Review: Ritter's Steam Kettle Cooking in Costa Mesa
Time for another restaurant review! This time, my friend Daisy and I headed to Ritter's Steam Kettle Cooking in Costa Mesa!
Rolls! I love rolls! And they will bring you more if you would like!
We ordered the Cajun Calamari. The calamari is fried in Cajun seasoned flour and served with cocktail sauce with horseradish for kick! This is one of the best fried calamari in town! The calamari is not rubbery like most other places serve it. The calamari is tender and if I didn't know it was calamari I would have been hard pressed to have been convinced in what it was. All calamari should be prepared this way!
Daisy ordered the Ritter's Famous Pan Roast a tomato cream based creole dish served with rice and trinity! She got it house style which included shrimp, clam, crab and lobster. It was creamy and rich!
I ordered the cioppino! An amazing combination of white fish, shrimp, crab, calamari, mussels and clams cooked in a sherry wine tomato broth over linguini. So good and the best cioppino I have ever had! The flavors go so well together and you can really taste the freshness of the seafood!
You get to choose your spice level from none to 10. I went with a 4 and it still had a nice kick to it. I can't even begin to imagine what a 10 is like!
Great food served in large portions and equally great service make this the best Cajun Restaurant in town!
