Snacking In The Parks: Spoonful of Sugar (Limited Time Offering) at Disneyland

To help celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Mary Poppins, these almost too good to eat spoonsful of sugar were available at the Jolly Holiday Bakery in Disneyland!

Quick DCA and Disneyland Trip Report! December 14, 2012!

This is just a quick trip report to DCA on December 14, 2012! It was pretty overcast and had been raining earlier in the day!

I always have to stop at Ghirardelli's to get their sample of the day or I should say the season! I lvoe their peppermint bark!

I went with my friends Sophia and Michelle! It was Michelle's first time visiting the park since Buena Vista Street and Cars Land had opened this summer! Needless to say she was floored, Sorry no pun intended!

Michelle and I went to ride Radiator Springs Racers! She loved it even though the photo number blocked her face! She was super impressed with the details of the attraction especially the audio-animatronic figures! Michelle said that if she was 5 years old she would not know the difference between the movie and the land!

The 2013 merchandise is making it's way in!

 

 

And what trip report would be complete without some food? This is my favorite comfort food in the park! At the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe you can get this great combo of a toasted grilled cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup! It's perfect for dipping the sandwich into the soup! Plus, I added a caramel apple pecan muffin and a gingerbread man cookie!

And of course one more trip to my favorite place to get my new favorite drink or I should say flight! At the Hearthstone Lounge inside The Grand Californian Hotel you can get this great Godiva Liqueur flight!
Chocolate, caramel and white chocolate make up this tasty flight!

Another great night in the park with great friends! Hope you all get a chance to visit the parks during the Holidays! It's my favorite time of the year!
