Super Troopers 3 comes twenty-five years after the original. Bringing the style of crass comedy that you found in such classics as Animal House and Porky's. Our favorite Vermont state troopers are back in the same place we found them in the early 2000s and they are older but not any wiser. They are still making all of the bad decisions that became crowd favorites and allowed the original movie to become a franchise.
Director Jay Chandrasekhar is back along with co-stars and co-writers Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter and Erik Stolhanske. Favra (Heffernan) is getting married to Sarita (Hannah Simone), who is the sister of Thorny (Chandrasekhar). Other than that, there isn't much of a story but you are here for the antics.
If you loved the first two movies then you will love this one as well. These likeable idiots combined with vulgar brilliance is full of laughs and immaturity that still works all these years later. There is even talk of a fourth movie down the road.
