I ended up getting Blake's Big Rib Plate! It had a beef rib, baby backs and pork spare ribs, with bbq beans, cole slaw, fries and garlic bread! All three kinds of ribs were fantastic! Meaty, moist and flavorful. I didn't even need to add anymore BBQ sauce! Plus throw in some of the best bbq beans ever and some of the best cole slaw ever, you have a great meal!
