Harry Potter Recipes: Butterbeer Fudge at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter


Here is how to make the delicious butterbeer fudge that you can get at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter! 

Butterscotch layer
  • 1 jar Smuckers Butterscotch Spoonable Topping
  • 2/3 Jar marshmallow cream (4.6 oz)
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips (2 full cups)
Creamy layer
  • 1/2 jar Smuckers Marshmallow Spoonable Topping
  • 1/3 Jar marshmallow cream (2.3 oz)
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips (1 full cup)
Instructions
first layer
  1. Pour the butterscotch topping in to a sauce pan and bring to a boil
  2. add the marshmallow cream, stir until it's melted and heat for 5 mins+ stirring constantly
  3. it will thicken and "smoke" just a bit
  4. take off the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips, once melted pour into a glass pan sprayed with non stick spray
second layer
  1. Pour the marshmalow topping in to a sauce pan and bring to a boil
  2. add the marshmallow cream, stir until it's melted and heat for 5 mins+ stirring constantly
  3. it will thicken and "smoke" just a bit
  4. take off the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips, once melted pour over the first layer. This layer was a little softer, creamier for me.
  5. Let set and cut with a sharp knife (it will cut better if it you spray the knife with non stick spray

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge Candy Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 1
     (12 ounce)
     package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • cup chunky peanut butter
  • cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

    Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

    Fold in marshmallows.

    Pour into greased 9 inch square pan.

    Chill until firm.
  5. 5
    Cut into squares.

Peanut Butter Fudge Pie Recipe!

Makes 1 pie
Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
hot fudge
8 ounces thawed whipped topping
1 large graham cracker crust
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1 Mix cream cheese until fluffy.
2 Blend in peanut butter and powdered sugar, mix well.
3 Slowly add milk.
4 Fold in 2-4 ounces of the whipped topping.
5 Set aside.
6 Spread fudge onto bottom and sides of prepared crust.
7 Put mixture into crust.
8 Freeze a few hours until just set.
9 Spread remaining whipped topping over pie.
10 Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
11 Replace lid and freeze.
12 Thaw in fridge 2 or more hours, or counter 1 hour, before serving.

Tiger Butter Fudge Candy Recipe!

 
Makes 72 pieces
 
Ingredients:

1 lb white chocolate
12 ounces peanut butter, chunky style
1 lb semisweet chocolate, melted

Directions:

1 Combine white chocolate and peanut butter in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
 
2 Reduce heat to low, and cook until chocolate and peanut butter melt, stirring constantly.
 
3 Spread mixture onto a waxed paper-lined 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
 
4 Pour semisweet chocolate over peanut butter mixture, and swirl through with a knife.
 
5 Chill until firm.
 
6 Cut into 1 1/2- x 1-inch pieces.
 

Rocky Road Fudge Bars Recipe!

 
Makes 24 bars
 
Ingredients:


1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2-3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs

Filling

8 ounces cream cheese (reserve 2 oz for frosting)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Frosting

2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ounces cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

1 Heat oven to 350.
 
2 Grease 9x13 pan.
 
3 In large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
 
4 Add remaining bar ingredients and spread into pan.
 
5 In small bowl combine all the filling ingredients except for the nuts and chocolate chips.
 
6 Beat one minute at medium speed and stir in the nuts.
 
7 Spread over bar mixture.
 
8 Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
 
9 Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
 
10 Sprinkle with Marshmallows and bake 2 minutes longer.
 
11 Meanwhile in large saucepan, melt the remaining butter, chocolate and cream cheese and milk over low heat.
 
12 Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
 
13 Pour over marshmallows and swirl together.
 
14 Chill until firm, cut into squares.

Easy Maple Walnut Fudge Recipe!

Makes 1 pound of fudge
 
Ingredients:

2 cups maple syrup, pure
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup walnuts, fresh, chopped

Directions:

1 Line a large platter with plastic wrap.
 
2 Pour the maple syrup and whipping cream into a deep pan.
 
3 Properly fix the candy thermometer in the pan so not to touch the sides of the pan, or the bottom of the pan, leave at least a half inch space from the bottom of the pan.
 
4 Cook on medium-high heat.
 
5 Occasionally stir gently until thermometer reads 235 degrees (this will take about 20- 25 minutes).
 
6 Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl, make sure not to scrap the bottom of the pot.
 
7 Allow the fudge mixture to cool for 5 minutes without stirring.
 
8 With a wooden spoon gently stir the chopped walnuts into the fudge for about 3 - 4 minute.
 
9 When fudge starts to hold its shape without stirring gently scrap onto prepared platter, score into squares and store in an airtight container.

Devil's Food Fudge Cookies Recipe!

 
Makes 24 to 36 cookies
 
Ingredients:

1 box duncan hines moist deluxe devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 medium eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

1 Combine the cake mix, eggs and oil until well blended.
 
2 Add chocolate chips and nuts.
 
3 Use hands (or spoon) to mix/smush/knead it all together.
 
4 form into balls and bake at 350° for 10-12 min.
 
5 they'll still look soft, like they're not done enough, but the bottoms will be getting brown.
 
6 Allow the cookies to cool for one minute on the baking sheet before moving the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Fudgy Fudge Pie Recipe!

Servings: 8 
Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
4 eggs

Directions:

Melt butter; add flour, cocoa and sugar.

Beat eggs with fork and mix with cocoa mixture.

Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate.

Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until crust begins to form on top.
