This is Game Day Fire-Grilled Hot Dogs in Orange!

They took over an old Taco Bell! And they are located across from Johnny' Reb's!

Check out the inside of the place! Filled with sports memorabilia as well as flat-screen TVs!

My friend Brian just got a classic dog with fries! He said it was one of the best hot dogs he had ever had!

By now you guys know how much I love chili cheese fries! Check out the size of this order! They were amazing! The chili was just perfect! Oh and the fork was totally needed for this one!

I went and ordered the Split 44! This was two polish sausage split down the middle, with an egg, cheese, and pastrami! The polish sausage did taste to me more like a hot dog than a polish sausage but maybe that's just me. But there is great balance between all the ingredients!

Doesn't that look amazing? This place has a lot of unique hot dogs on the menu besides your typical classic or chili dogs. They even have Asian inspired hot dogs with ingredients like kimchi! Looks like I have to go back! Happy eating everybody!

Review of Berkeley Dog

A suggestion sent in from reader and fan Garry Hobday! Berkeley Dog is located in the Birch Street Promenade in Brea, one of the new hot spots for foodies in Orange County! Bruxie and Farrell's will soon be opening up new locations here!

They have daily specials offered on a sandwich board out in front of their store!

My friend with their frankfurter and an order of fries! The grilled onions are extra! The frankfurter had a great snap to it! Just a great tasting hot dog!

They also have a large fixin's bar to add peppers and different mustards and such!

I went with the bacon hash dog! Crispy hash browns combined with shredded bacon on top of a hot dog sold me! If I had added an egg it would have been a perfect breakfast or anytime dish!

And I also ordered some chili cheese fries! I threw on chopped onions as well as some yellow peppers and jalapenos! Some of the best chili cheese fries ever!

A definitely return to spot to try out those alligator dogs the next time!

Pee Wee's Famous Hot Dogs and Hamburgers

Another one of those places that I have been dying to try after hearing so many great things! So, I finally was able to go for lunch on Sunday with my friend Brian.

My friend Brian went with the classic hot dog (mustard, relish and onions) and fries. The hot dog was perfectly cooked and the dog had a great snap to it!

I knew exactly what I was going to get but they also offer daily specials but I stuck with my guns and went with the El Patron (double bacon wrapped polish on a bolillo roll with homemade beans, crema, grilled onions & jalapenos, cilantro and choice of cheese). First off this thing was massive! Second it was delicious! The polish was nice and spicy with a good snap to it as well! The beans, and grilled onion and jalapenos were perfect with the bacon wrapped polish!

For reference purposes. I took a photo of me with the El Patron! Look how massive that hot dog is!

I have a weakness for chili cheese fries and I wasn't expecting them to be so massive and so tasty! The fries are all hand cut and the chili is probably some of the best I have ever had!

Totally worth the wait and I can't wait to get back here again!
