Restaurant Review: Toro Burger in Santa Ana! Get Your Ramen Burger Here!

A new burger place called Toro Burger has opened up in Santa Ana and they have a ramen burger! The ramen burger was introduced in New York last year and has since gone viral by people dying to eat one and by others who would never pick one up.

This version has Angus beef, shaved green onions, baby mixed greens, bbq pork belly, a fried egg plus that gourmet ramen bun!
Toro Burger has a great location right on the corner! You can't miss it!
The place isn't that big but they also have a patio area with outdoor seating! They have a sign out front that they are still in training mode. Orders can take quite some time to arrive but the staff is outstanding! They will tell you all about the menu and recommendations and are really great about getting feedback!
Take a look at the other offerings if the ramen burger isn't your thing! The rest of the burgers are served on freshly baked Taiwanese sweet bread buns. These are only slightly sweet and taste close to Kings Hawaiian Bread but once again with only a slight amount of sweetness.

What's not listed on here are their combos. You can get a combo with any of the burgers and either the waffle fries or the garlic salt and pepper fries and a small drink for $12.
Now that is one tasty looking meal! The ramen is soft but does a decent job of holding together. I actually wished for some shoyu (soy sauce) as I felt that the bun could use some flavor. But I demolished the burger! I love the flavors of the ramen and the burger, the pork belly and the fried egg with the runny yolk!

I will definitely be back fro another ramen burger and can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
