It will be for me because we will be on the island of Kauai for Thanksgiving and turkeys cost a fortune at the Safeway there. We spent all our money on the trip so we need this gift card! Yes, we still cook our own turkey on a paradise vacation.

This would be for my family on Thanksgiving! My mother in law and I am trying to put together a nice meal since our grandparents are a little too old to prepare a big meal for Thanksgiving. This would be an awesome way to help out!
Originally I would have said we would keep it as we're now a multi-generational family in the same house with the whole outside bunch coming in. But, after an amazing article today in the news about families living on the VTA route 22 bus and with waiting lines for housing and help, Family Support Services in Santa Clara would be my number one recipient so they can feed those without this year.
I would use it for our big family thanksgiving dinner! Hopefully I could get more family to travel up to visit if I tempt them with a big juicy turkey!
actually there is a single mother with 2 children that lives upstairs, not much family...I try to help out now and then when I can, I would love to give her this to help her.
