Ruby's Diner Introduces Fall Menu Items!

Just in time for Fall, Ruby's Diner, one of the iconic Southern California favorites for burgers, shakes and fries is introducing new menu items for a limited time. Ruby's Diner invited Sasaki Time to check out their new Fall Menu offerings that start this Wednesday October 5th!

One of my seasonal favorites, the Pumpkin Hot Cakes are back! The pancakes are light and fluffy and full of that delicious pumpkin and cinnamon flavor! They almost do not need maple syrup!

New this year is the Pumpkin Waffle! The outside of the waffle is crisp while the inside literally melts in your mouth! This would be my choice for breakfast!

One of the new items for lunch or dinner is this delicious Turkey Jalapeno Stacker Melt! Bringing a taste of the Southwest, sourdough bread with melted pepper jack cheese, tender sliced turkey breast, jalapenos, grilled onions and chipotle aioli is combined into a fantastic melt with a kick!

Up next is a taste of Greece with the Mediterranean Turkey Burger that combines a turkey patty with montreal seasoning, feta cheese, kalamata olives, oregano, spring mix, red onion, tomato and mayo. A hearty and flavorful burger that I would never have guessed was turkey.

My favorite of the three is the taste of Italy with the Turkey Meatball Arrabiata Ciabatta which combines turkey and turkey sausage with montreal seasoning, fresh mozzarella slices, basil pesto and arrabiata sauce on a ciabatta bun. Just a perfect combination of flavors and a brilliant idea of making meatballs into a patty!

And what better way to wash it all down than with another returning seasonal favorite, the Pumpkin Milkshake! Rich and creamy, this milkshake is perfect on it's own or with any of the Fall Menu items! The candy corn is the perfect touch!
