MYFOXNY.COM - It was a shocking find at a Queens fast food restaurant. The NYPD says a woman left a baby on a table at a Burger King.
It happened about 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday at the restaurant at 154-05 Rockaway Blvd. That location is just north of the Southern Parkway in the Springfield Gardens section.
Police say the boy is four to six months old. He was considered to be in good condition. They took the infant to Jamaica Hospital for observation.
The NYPD says they have no idea who the mother is or why they baby was left at the Burger King.
The restaurant is in an area that contains a mix of residential and commercial properties. There are two motels across the street from the Burger King.
